Because of the nature of a Mortgage you can often borrow larger amounts than you would qualify for with
a vehicle or collateral loan.

Getting a mortgage will generally take longer as more work is required to get it set up and to get a mortgage registered.

Getting a mortgage is as simple as 1-2-3.

Step 1

Gather up the documents you will need to get the mortgage:

Updated Bank Statement Showing Last 2 Months Of Transactions Up To The Current Date

Your Two (2) Most Recent Pay Stubs (if your not employed then just bring in proof of income, ie.
disability, pension or other social assistance)

Photo Identification (ie. Drivers license or other government issued photo ID)

A second piece of personal identification (ie. Birth Certifiate, Credit Card, Social Insurance Card)

A recent utility bill (ie. CAble or other utility bill)

Proof of your phone number in the way of your most recent phone bill (if you don't have a land
line then bring your cellular bill along)

Information about your home including:

Proof of ownership in the form of the final statement of adjustments from the lawyer showing
the purchase price and that you were the purchaser

A detailed listing of any other mortgages/information regarding your home including:

Statement Of First Mortgage

Appraisal (if any)

Property Tax Bill (most recent)

Stop by one of our locations with all of the documents listed above and speak to one of our customer service
representatives. We look forward to seeing you and we will get you in and out of our store as quick as possible.
While you are in though help your self to a cup of coffee on us. Often times additional information might be
requested afterwords, but if you bring in the items above we should have enough information to get started.

Step 3

Once you have been approved the
documentation goes to the lawyer for
registration and you would pick up the
money from the lender's lawyer.
